I am excited by exploring, experimenting and pushing processes to their limit, exploiting materials and techniques. Curiosity is key to my practice, whilst my approach is both playful and considered.
A hand rendered aesthetic in textile surface pattern and manipulation is integral to my work. I am embracing a passion for traditional processes such as embroidery, lacemaking, dyeing and shibori.
My current focus is combining textile techniques in metal and chain maille to create wearable art, jewellery and lighting
